Buttock lift surgery can improve the overall position and shape of the buttock after aging changes or significant weight loss.  It involves removal of excess skin at the top or sometimes the bottom of the buttock to tighten the intervening skin. 

Again, this procedure is not intended as a weight loss technique but suited for patients who are close to their ideal body weight but just have too much saggy skin.
